Barkcuterie Bar Service Agreement
By submitting a booking request and/or completing payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms for Barkcuterie Bar services provided by Barkcuterie by Brynna (“Provider”).
Service Description
The Barkcuterie Bar™ is a fully staffed, on-site treat experience for dogs.
Service includes professional setup and breakdown, curated treat stations with ingredient signage, and the assembly of one thoughtfully curated Barkcuterie board per dog as guests select from available stations.
Specific details regarding service duration, dog count, and selections are confirmed prior to the event.
Booking & Payment

All Barkcuterie Bar bookings are request-based and subject to approval.

Final pricing is confirmed after review of event details.

Payment is due in full upon approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Guest Count & Changes

The final dog count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Requests for additional dogs, extended service time, or add-ons are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Food, Ingredients & Allergies

Ingredient signage is displayed at each station.

Client is responsible for informing guests of ingredient information and supervising their dogs’ selections.

Provider is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to treats.

Dogs with known allergies should avoid certain selections.
Dog Supervision & Conduct

All dogs must remain under the control and supervision of their owners at all times.

Provider does not handle dogs directly.

Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be asked to step away from the bar for safety reasons.
Event Space & Access
Client agrees to provide:

Adequate space for bar setup

Access to the event area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time

A safe, dog-friendly environment

Provider may adjust setup or service flow based on site conditions.
Outdoor Events & Weather
For outdoor events, Client is responsible for providing appropriate coverage or alternate arrangements. Provider reserves the right to pause or modify service if weather conditions pose a safety or product risk.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur fees.

If Provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded.
Photography & Marketing
Provider may photograph or record the Barkcuterie Bar setup for marketing purposes unless Client notifies Provider in writing prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability
Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Barkcuterie Bar service. Provider is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting a booking request and/or completing payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
