Welcome to Barkcuterie by Brynna! We're a small California-based business specializing in handcrafted dog treats, custom dog birthday boards, original hand-painted mini pet portraits, and other thoughtfully created products for ridiculously loved dogs.

Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Barkcuterie by Brynna.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

Please review these terms before placing an order.

1. Online Store Terms

Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, unavailable products, or requests we cannot accommodate.

2. Products & Handmade Variations

All Barkcuterie products are created with care and attention to detail.

Because our dog treats and pet portraits are handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, shape, size, and decorative details are natural and should be expected.

Photographs displayed on our website are examples of our work. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, the finished item may differ slightly from the images shown.

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and designs may change without prior notice.

3. Custom Pawty Boards

Our Custom Pawty Boards are individually designed and decorated according to the theme and personalization details provided by the customer.

Each board includes approximately 10–15 handcrafted dog biscuits unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, ages, themes, colors, and requested design elements.

We recommend placing orders 3–4 weeks before the intended celebration to allow time for design, production, and shipping.

Requests for delivery in less than two weeks are considered rush orders and are subject to availability. A rush fee of up to $15 may apply.

Certain designs may require specialty cookie cutters or additional materials. Any additional design-related charges will be discussed and confirmed before production begins.

Designs inspired by characters, logos, photographs, or other references are artistic interpretations and are not guaranteed to be exact reproductions.

4. Original Barkcuterie Charcuterie Boards

Our Original Barkcuterie Charcuterie Boards feature an assortment of handcrafted dog treats.

These boards are not individually customized unless otherwise indicated in the product listing.

Original Barkcuterie Boards typically ship within 7–10 business days after an order is placed.

Treat selections and decorative details may vary depending on product availability and seasonal offerings.

5. Custom Mini Pet Portraits

Our Mini Pet Portraits are original, hand-painted acrylic artworks created from customer-provided reference photographs.

Each portrait is painted on a 2-inch by 2-inch canvas and includes a wooden display easel unless otherwise stated.

Each portrait features one pet.

Customers are responsible for providing clear reference photographs and any relevant details needed to complete their commission.

Please allow up to 30 business days for production before shipping.

Because each portrait is an original artistic interpretation, slight differences in color, proportions, and details may occur.

Exact photographic reproductions are not guaranteed.

Customers confirm that they have the right or permission to provide any reference photographs submitted for their commissions.

Ownership of the physical portrait does not automatically transfer copyright in the artwork.

6. Dog Treat Ingredients & Safety

Our dog treats are intended for supplemental or occasional feeding and are not a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.

Ingredients vary by product and are provided in the applicable product description or packaging.

Some products contain common allergens, including peanuts, eggs, and milk ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before feeding treats to their pets.

If your dog has food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

Always supervise your dog while feeding treats and provide access to fresh drinking water.

Treats should be offered in appropriate portions based on your dog's size and dietary needs.

7. Treat Storage & Shelf Life

Storage instructions and best-by information are provided with our products or in their descriptions.

Shelf life varies by product, ingredients, and environmental conditions.

Unless otherwise instructed, dog treats should be stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excess moisture.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE.

Please discontinue use if a product appears spoiled, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption.

8. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at checkout unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, contact, and customization information is accurate.

We reserve the right to contact customers for clarification before beginning production or fulfilling an order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer to discuss available options, including cancellation and an applicable refund.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors, subject to applicable law.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Barkcuterie by Brynna ships throughout the contiguous United States (all 48 states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Processing and production times vary by product.

Original Barkcuterie Charcuterie Boards typically ship within 7–10 business days.
Custom Pawty Boards should be ordered approximately 3–4 weeks before the celebration.
Custom Mini Pet Portraits require up to 30 business days for production before shipping.
Preorders and limited releases follow the shipping schedules stated in their product listings.

Shipping transit times are additional to processing and production times.

While we make reasonable efforts to ship orders according to the stated schedule, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

10. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at brynna@barkcuteriebybrynna.com.

Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, cancellation and modification requests are subject to the order's production status.

Once production has begun on a personalized product, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Requests to change personalization details, shipping addresses, or delivery preferences must be confirmed by Barkcuterie by Brynna.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be accommodated.

Any cancellation or refund determination will be made in accordance with applicable law and our posted policies.

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our dog treats are food products and many of our items are handmade or personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer selections, or unwanted items.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Please do not return food products or damaged items without contacting us first.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

12. Customer Communications

By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you using the information provided regarding your purchase, customization details, shipping updates, or customer service matters.

13. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including our branding, product photography, original designs, illustrations, written content, and artwork, is owned by Barkcuterie by Brynna or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated.

Our original content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.

Customers may share photographs of purchased products for personal, noncommercial purposes.

14. Customer-Submitted Content

Customers may voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, feedback, or other content through our website or communications.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share it.

We may use customer feedback to improve our products and services.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable customer-submitted photographs or content for promotional purposes, unless another applicable agreement or permission already authorizes that use.
