Shipping Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days hours Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Because these items are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
How To Return An Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please send an email requesting the return to barkcuteriebybrynna@gmail.com
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at barkcuteriebybrynna@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, you will cover the shipping to send your item back to us, and we will cover the shipping to send your replacement to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
