How to Order Your Custom Pet Portrait
1. Place Your Order
Purchase your mini portrait through our website.
2. Send Your Favorite Photograph
After ordering, email us a clear, high-resolution photograph of your dog. Photos with good lighting and clearly visible facial details work best.
3. We Create Your Mini Masterpiece
Your portrait is individually hand-painted using acrylics, with attention to your dog's unique features and personality.
4. Your Artwork Heads Home
Once completed and protected with a satin varnish, your portrait is carefully packaged with its wooden display easel and shipped to you.
Processing Time
Please allow 30 business days for your portrait to be completed before shipment.
Every miniature pet portrait is painted entirely by hand. This timeframe allows for the detailed painting and finishing process that makes each piece unique.

Custom Dog Portrait | Original Mini Portrait
Because each miniature portrait is custom painted specifically for you, all sales are final.
If your portrait arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to replace or repair your artwork whenever possible.
If you need to cancel your order, cancellations are accepted only before painting has begun. Once work on your portrait has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you have any questions before ordering, we're happy to help. We want you to feel confident before commissioning your custom portrait.
Each portrait is painted entirely by hand, one brushstroke at a time. To ensure every piece receives the time and attention it deserves, I accept just 10 portrait commissions each month.
New commission spots open on the 1st of every month and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 10 spots have been reserved, the collection closes until the following month.
