Cancellation Policy

Booking Requests All Barkcuterie Bar bookings are submitted as requests and are not confirmed until availability, event details, and final pricing are approved by Barkcuterie by Brynna. Pricing Listed rates reflect starting prices. Final pricing is based on the number of dogs, service duration, event location, and any requested customizations. A final quote will be provided for approval prior to confirmation. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Event Minimums Each Barkcuterie Bar experience includes a minimum number of dogs and service time, as outlined in the selected offering. Additional dogs or extended service time may incur additional fees. Travel Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be included in the final quote. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Weather & Outdoor Events For outdoor events, a covered or shaded area is recommended. In the event of severe weather, Barkcuterie by Brynna reserves the right to reschedule for safety reasons. Food Safety & Allergies All treats are made with dog-friendly ingredients and are clearly labeled on-site. Clients are responsible for notifying guests of ingredient information and supervising their dogs during the event.
